We do not guarantee indefinite access to download links.

9. Refunds and Cancellation (Digital Content)

By purchasing digital content, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to cancel once the download or streaming has begun.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all sales are final.

10.2 Limited Personal Licence
Upon purchase, you are granted a strictly limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the purchased product for your own personal, private, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not constitute a sale of the product or any rights in it.

10.3 Strictly Prohibited Acts
You agree that you will not, except where expressly permitted by law:

10.4 No Implied Licence
Nothing on this website or in these Terms shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any licence or right to use any intellectual property beyond the limited personal licence expressly granted in clause 10.2.

10.5 Enforcement
Any unauthorised use, reproduction, distribution, or exploitation of the products constitutes a material breach of these Terms and an infringement of copyright. In such circumstances, Taylor Tenant Solutions reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, including seeking damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of legal costs where applicable.
